Privacy

Last updated October 7, 2026

This policy covers the VIRTUS BUILT website at virtusbuilt.ai and its waitlist. The VIRTUS BUILT app will have its own privacy policy, covering workout, nutrition and meal-photo data, before it launches.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we store the email address you enter, the date you signed up, which form you used, and how you reached the site (for example, the campaign link or referring page). To prevent abuse, we also store a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself.

We measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across other sites. The site has no advertising pixels.

How we use it

We use your email only to tell you about the VIRTUS BUILT launch, your Founding 500 benefits, and major product news. We never sell or rent your email address.

Where it's stored

Waitlist data is stored with our database provider, Supabase, in the United States. This website is hosted by Vercel.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove your email from the waitlist at any time, and we'll delete it.
